Step
For a great cardiovascular workout, nothing beats STEP. Adjustable step
heights allow you to customize your own workout. Simple, fun, and effective
-- STEP into it!
Starter
Step
This class is designed for the first-time stepper. Learn the basic stepping patterns used in the more advanced step classes while still getting the benefits of a great cardiovascular workout. Look like a pro by learning from step-one!
Dance Step
Looking for flair and creative choreography? This is the Step class for you. Intricate and off-tempo step combos make this step class exciting! You won't forget you're getting a super cardio workout.
Step N Tone
This is a class for both males and females who enjoy a challenge! This 1-hour
session consists of aerobic step training with intervals of resistance training.
This class works all major muscle groups and is designed specifically to
improve strength and cardiovascular conditioning. If steady state and boredom
is not your thing, this class is for you!
Cardio Strength Xplosion (Sports Conditioning)
This is the ULTIMATE interval class. Forget the tricky choreography of aerobics,
this class is geared to give you a Total Body Conditioning workout without
all the frill! We will focus on testing your strength and muscular endurance
and push your anaerobic threshold by introducing plyometrics, coordination
drills, and sports specific exercises. Bringing a towel and a water bottle
is highly recommended. If you want a REAL challenge, then this class is
for you!
Cardio Xplosion (Super
Cardio)
This is a high-intensity cardio-based workout class. The instructors
will have you doing speed drills and shuttle runs with stations mixed
in just for fun. Bring a water bottle and a towel 'cause this class
is super challenging. You asked for it, you got it!
Power Kick
It's Kickboxing with intervals of strength training. Feel powerful AND strong by combining the two elements and get a great workout.
Kickboxing
A vigorous workout using the training routines of kickboxers adapted to
the mainstream general public. The objective is to get a great workout
and learn how to use your hands and feet to protect yourself. Increase
self-confidence, flexibility, coordination, speed and stamina while having
fun! Learn how to jab, punch, kick and defend yourself while improving
your speed and power. Kickboxing is the workout with a KICK!
40 Minute Ride (Spinning)
You don't need to know how to ride a bike to take this class, you'll
be on a Johnny G Spinner! This is 40-minute class, led by
an instructor, will take you for an imaginary ride. The intensity of the
class is always controlled by you so first timers and the highly trained
athlete can get excellent workouts in the same class! Come see for yourself
what all the excitement is about. The only requirements are that you bring
a towel, water bottle, and an imagination--'cause your gonna be in for the
ride of your life! The 40-minute class is limited to 25 participants per
session. New students should show up 10 min. early to be set up properly on the
bike by the instructor. You must be seated on your bike and ready to go--5 min. prior to class start or we give your bike away!
Spin
and RAB Abs
You get a great 40 min. ride plus a killer Resist-A-Ball abdominal workout to boot! Only 7 minutes on the ball! This class runs for approximately 1 hour--from start to finish. You must be seated on your bike 5 min. prior to class start or we give your bike away!
Power Hour
Crunched for time? This total body workout incorporates a variety of high intensity activities. Power Hour is a mix of cardio including STEP, low impact, Zumba, and kickboxing. This early morning class is designed to make you shake and sweat... and smile the rest of the day. All levels are welcome.
Cardio Party (Formerly listed as ZUMBA)
Ditch the workout! Join the party! Need cardio? Love to dance? Get ready to shake and sweat! No rhythm required! Add fun to your fitness with this high-intensity class that fuses the latest hip hop, dance and latin music with easy-to-follow dance routines.
Boxing Free Play
Looking for a place to practice your boxing skills? This is not a traditional aerobics class, but we have hanging and freestanding boxing bags as well as circuit stations set-up for your use! Bring your gloves and join us in this 60-minute free play supervised by an instructor.
Piloxing
It's a blend of boxing and pilates, all in one! You'll get the cardio benefits of boxing and the strength benefits from the Pilates core training. Join this energetic and exciting class to feel sleek, solid and powerful!
Xtreme Fit
XtremeFit is an explosive strength and conditioning fitness class that promotes overall fitness by utlizing one's own body weight exercises (pull-ups, push-ups, etc), sprints and free weight exercises. Every exercise can always be individually scaled and varied to any skill level, just come ready to WORK HARD!
Fit Swim
Dive in and try this high intensity swim class! Fit Swim is geared towards ex-swimmers looking to get an awesome workout guided by a motivating coach on deck. Participants must be able to do all 4 strokes and swim at least 1000 yards.
