FSU CHALLENGE PROGRAM DETAILS

1. New Team, One Dream: Get to know your group with our New Team, One Dream program. We will assist in building relationships through challenging tasks, great accomplishments and new connections. Your group will enjoy interacting and forming the foundation for the team you want to become.
2. Transform Your Tribe: Come and find the support that your group needs to "Transform Your Tribe." We will work on identifying individual specializations that come together and form a more ideal image of "team." Win together as your group takes teamwork to the next level.
3. Turn Up the Volume: Find out how to talk "with" your group members instead of "to" them in Turn Up the Volume. We will encourage a more effective communication process by identifying and eliminating some of the noise in your interpersonal relationships while developing a foundation for future interactions.
4. Everyone Can Lead: Take advantage of this opportunity to prove that, in your group, leadership is something that everyone is capable of. We will help to recognize cthe contributions members can make to foster group success. We believe that everyone has the capacity to lead, if they make the choice.
5. The Challenge of Civility: Learn how to "disagree without being disagreeable" in our Challenge of Civility program. We will emphasize individual differences and the respect needed to promote ethical conduct. Come create soliutions and develop a new understanding of "the dignity and worth of each person."
6. Custom: Don't see a topic that fits your groups needs? We will also offer customized programs to fit the specific goals and desires of your group. See the section below for more information.

Who can take the FSU Challenge?
Academic classes, clubs & student organizations, residence life groups, sports teams, greek organizations, faculty/staff development groups, corporate groups, and civic & community groups.  Basically, any group that could benefit from better communication, cooperation, efficiency and effectiveness.

Climbing Wall, Customized Programs, Offsite Programs

In addition to our standard programs, we also offer several other options to fit the needs of your group. Whether you just want to spend a few hours climb-ing our outdoor rock wall or create a specialized custom program, we can work with you to bring your vision for your group into a reality.
